I've had a lot of people who have recently started climbing ask me where they should go to climb. The problem is there's no bad places to climb in West Virginia but where you go depends on your skill level and your climbing style. I started looking around and found a couple good websites that have a lot of the good climbing spots listed with directions to them. It has a lot of the same information that a guide book would have but you can broaden your search into different states and even different regions withing the state. It's not quite as good as a guide book, but it's good enough to get you out there and on the wall. Just click here for the link and the second site is Dr. Topo.
