Yoga For Climbing


There comes a time in every climbers days, when they come to a move, and realize their just not that flexible. Well Im here to help you avoid that. I started a Climbing specific yoga workout a week ago and I am super excited to already be feeling the difference. As a way to move and strengthen the body, yoga almost perfectly complements the demands we exact on our bodies as climbers; it's also a great recovery tool, when bouncing back from traumatic injury.

Anyways, here are the poses Ive been doing and hopefully you guys will be doing them soon to. Let me know if they help you all out too.
